Printing of ballot papers for the elections of deputies of the Legislative Assembly of Sevastopol has begun

CrimeaPRESS reports:

On August 18, 2024, the joint-stock company «Publishing and Printing House «Tavrida» began printing ballots for voting in the elections of deputies of the Legislative Assembly of the city of Sevastopol of the third convocation.

Before the launch of the main print run, the printing house produced a signal set of ballots for a test run on the ballot processing complexes (KOIB 2010 and KOIB 2017), which will be used in the upcoming elections. Ballots are printed on uniform white paper, without paint or other coatings. On the front side, there is a black frame around the perimeter, inside which is the text of the ballot. Also on the front side, in the upper right corner, there is a place for the seal and signatures of two members of the precinct election commission. The names of single-mandate candidates are indicated in alphabetical order, and the names of electoral associations — in accordance with the numbers obtained during the draw— the press service of the Sevastopol City Electoral Commission reported.

On the back of the ballots there is a background protective grid: blue — for the city electoral district, green — for the single-mandate electoral district.

A total of 608,000 copies will be produced (304,000 units each for voting in the city and single-mandate constituencies).
