Property owners must check the prepared plans and maps and, if any discrepancies are found, send the information to the Ministry of Property

Deputy Chairperson of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Anna Anyukhina called on Crimeans to familiarize themselves with the plans and maps prepared as part of the comprehensive cadastral works (CCW) carried out on the territory of the republic, and in the event of any discrepancies being identified, to submit a corresponding application to the Ministry of Property of Crimea.
Let us remind you that at the moment the KKRs have been produced in relation to territories located in the city of Simferopol and the Simferopol district. The prepared maps-plans can be found at link.
In case of discrepancies, you can contact the Ministry of Property by mail: 295015, Republic of Crimea, Simferopol, Sevastopolskaya St., 17 or by e-mail: minimzem@mzem.rk.gov.ru.
The application must include: full name; postal address or email address; details of the applicant’s identity document; justification for the reasons for his/her disagreement with the location of the land plot boundary; cadastral number of the land plot (if any) or designation of the land plot being formed in accordance with the draft map-plan of the territory.
The specified objections must be accompanied by copies of documents confirming the right of the person who has sent the objection to the land plot or other documents establishing or certifying the rights to such a land plot, as well as documents determining or determining the location of the boundaries during the formation of such a land plot (if any), – added the Deputy Prime Minister.
