Public transport as a place to meet hooligans. Incidents in Sevastopol
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Twice, employees of the detention group of the Private Security Directorate of the Russian Guard stopped a violation of law and order by responding to signals for help that were received at the duty service console from drivers of passenger transport.
In the first case, law enforcement officers resolved a conflict initiated by a 54-year-old woman on board a bus traveling along Heroes of Sevastopol Avenue. As the brawler’s fellow travelers explained to law enforcement officers, the troublemaker first loudly sorted things out with her friend, and then reacted in an obscene form to the comments of citizens and the driver who tried to stop her aggression. At the time of the arrest, the woman, who appeared to be in a state of alcoholic intoxication, decided under a plausible pretext to leave the bus and hide, but was stopped by the National Guard and taken to the police for further investigation, — reported the press service of the Main Directorate of the Russian Guard for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol (Sevastopol).
A day earlier, a similar incident occurred in one of the city trolleybuses in the area of the 50th Anniversary of the USSR Square. Here the “alarm” button installed in the cabin was pressed by the driver, who was attacked with fists during a verbal altercation with the passenger. As a result of the conflict, a public transport worker received bruises. The National Guard, who arrived at the scene of the incident, provided the driver with first aid, called medical specialists and detained his offender. A man who engaged in antisocial behavior and failed to pay for his fare turned out to be an experienced offender. Previously, he had already come to the attention of law enforcement officers for hooliganism and use of prohibited substances. The offender was handed over to the police for further investigation.
