Publications on social networks resulted in a fine of 61 thousand rubles for a Crimean pensioner

The Kirov District Court of the Republic of Crimea found a resident of the town guilty. Kirovskoye and brought him to administrative responsibility for public display of Nazi symbols, discrediting the Russian Armed Forces and petty hooliganism, imposing a summary punishment on him in the form of an administrative fine in the amount of 61 thousand rubles.

The court found that a 71-year-old local resident, from his personal page on the Odnoklassniki social network, posted publications insulting the President of the Russian Federation, discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and publications depicting Nazi symbols. At the court hearing, the person involved admitted his guilt and repented of his crime. The resolutions did not come into force, — reported the press service of the court.
