Pupils of the Sevastopol orphanage baked 200 gingerbread cookies for the elderly

Every year, as part of the All-Russian charitable action «Warming Hearts», the orphanage’s inmates prepare New Year’s gifts for the wards of the nursing home for the elderly and disabled. This year, notaries of the city and the activists of the Council of Veterans in the Leninsky District joined the action. In a few hours, children and adults managed to bake gingerbread in the form of cones. In the near future, the pastries will be delivered to the nursing home. The orphanage also prepared a New Year’s program for the holidays. Vice-Governor Alexander Kulagin also visited her, giving Volodya Karpov a gift that he made as part of the Wish Tree campaign — a car on the control panel.

Head of the Department of Labor and Social Protection Elena Sulyagina noted that three pupils of the orphanage will meet 2023 a year with their families at once.
A real New Year’s fairy tale was presented today by the pupils of our house to the guests. The guys, together with the teachers, prepared an amazing musical and immersed us in the atmosphere of the New Year’s miracle. And this holiday is really magical, it is at this time that miracles happen. Three pupils will meet the new 2023 year with their families at once, today their parents are picking them up.
