Raid «Defaulter» in Sevastopol: a malicious violator on a BMW was identified, «accumulating» 53 fines

In Sevastopol, during a preventive raid «Non-payer», traffic inspectors detained a persistent non-payer of fines for violating traffic rules.

Traffic inspectors found a BMW car driven by driver 1989 year of birth from 53 unpaid traffic police fines and other debts totaling over 165 thousand rubles. Employees of the Federal Bailiff Service of Sevastopol arrived at the scene and seized the violator’s vehicle, the traffic police reported.1989

The police emphasized that the “Defaulter” preventive measure is carried out using special software “Web”, which is designed to prevent, suppress and disclose various kinds of offenses.
