Employees of the Center for the GIMS of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia in Sevastopol passed by sea from the Balaklava Bay to Cape Aiya. The order on the water and on the nearest beaches was watched intently, the violators were called to order.
Administrative responsibility was waiting:
⁃ violators of the speed mode;
⁃ skipper who did not properly ensure the safety of passengers;
⁃ Those who did not have the necessary documents.
Supporter, remember:
⁃ Do not overload the ship;
⁃ you need to follow at a safe speed;
⁃ There must be documents on the vessel, individual rescue means;
⁃ On Besalum ships up to 4 meters long inclusive, everyone needs to put on life life;
⁃ Children under 12 years of age wear a vest on small vessels of any size;
⁃ Do not control the vessel in a state of intoxication!
