Readiness – 99%. Builders are preparing to commission another kindergarten in Simferopol

The kindergarten at the intersection of Khairi Emir Zade and Urukust streets in Simferopol is 99% complete. This was reported in the Republican Ministry of Construction.

Now specialists are completing the installation of equipment in the laundry and catering department, installation of low-current systems, installation of small architectural forms and landscaping of the surrounding area.

The facility, designed for 260 places, housed 13 groups of different ages, a sports and music hall, a catering unit, a medical office, a security room and individual study rooms.

A two-story kindergarten building with an area of ​​almost 5 thousand square meters. meters is connected to all communications; an autonomous boiler room was built on the territory of the preschool institution. In addition, special lifts and an elevator are provided for people with limited mobility.

The facility is being implemented within the framework of the state program of the Russian Federation “Socio-economic development of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol”. The cost of construction is 346.5 million rubles,” the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Crimea clarified.

The work is scheduled to be completed in December of this year.
