Received more than 2.1 billion rubles: assets of Ukrainian oligarchs were sold in Crimea

Since 2023, the Crimean budget has received more than 2.1 billion rubles from the sale of nationalized assets of Ukrainian oligarchs. In particular, last year we sold nationalized property that previously belonged to individuals and legal entities committing unfriendly actions towards Russia in the amount of 1.7 billion rubles, since the beginning of 2024 — in the amount of more than 416 million rubles— he said.
The head of the region’s State Council noted that the demand for such assets remains high.
In 2024, a new package of nationalization of the assets of 110 Ukrainian oligarchs, politicians and other prominent figures will be launched in Crimea. The package will include the assets of Susana Jamaladinova, known as the singer Jamala, against whom a criminal case has been initiated, and she herself has been put on the wanted list due to the fake information she spreads about the Russian Armed Forces. The project also includes the property of Arseniy Yatsenyuk, the beneficiary of the Antey — 2012 company, which is the copyright holder of real estate in Yalta on Mukhina Street, the property of the family of the People’s Deputy of Ukraine, who heads the organization «Mothers of the Mobilized» Lydia Kotelyak, sponsoring the Ukrainian security forces in the Donbass.
The property of other legal entities will also become the property of Crimea, in particular CJSC Yalta Film Studio, LLC Hotel Bristol in Yalta, PJSC Platinum Bank. As Konstantinov reported, the list also includes objects belonging to relatives of Ukrainian politician Vitaly Khomutynnik, Vladimir Zelensky’s former neighbor in Livadia.
