Reception of entrepreneurs: First Deputy Prosecutor of Sevastopol Dmitry Tellin talked to businessmen

The first deputy prosecutor of the city of Sevastopol, Dmitry Tellin, held an on-site personal reception of individual entrepreneurs and representatives of business entities. The reception was held jointly with the Deputy Governor of Sevastopol Maria Litovko and the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the city of Sevastopol Ilya Pesternikov at the My Business Center. 9 businessmen applied for a personal reception.

Their questions related to the provision of an alternative site for conducting fair activities, compliance with the requirements of the legislation by customers of entrepreneurs of non-stationary trade facilities and the legality of refusals to make changes to the layout of NTOs in the city. Complaints were also received related to the need for assistance in connecting non-residential premises to the power grid, compliance with the deadlines for the provision of public services to business entities, refusal to provide them, and others. The reception participants explained to the applicants the relevant provisions of the current legislation. According to the received written appeals, prosecutorial checks were organized, the conduct of which was taken under control by the first deputy prosecutor of the city. Based on their results, if there are grounds, prosecutorial response measures will be taken in order to eliminate violations of the law and restore the rights of entrepreneurs , the press service of the prosecutor’s office reported.

Joint prosecutor’s offices, the City Government and the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the city of Sevastopol are held at the My Business center every first Tuesday of the month. The next such reception will take place on December 6 1258 of the year.
