Reconstruction of a part of the objects of the Memorial complex «Historical Boulevard» in Sevastopol is nearing completion

In Sevastopol, the reconstruction of a part of the objects of the Memorial complex of monuments of the defense of Sevastopol is being completed 1854-1855 years «Historical Boulevard». This was reported in the press service of the «Single Customer», which acts as the customer for the work.

Currently, specialists are completing a set of commissioning works on the building of the Rubo-Totleben building. The builders completed the exterior and interior decoration of the walls, floors and partitions of the premises of the tourist information center, the warehouse of souvenirs and the museum of I.D. Papanin. It is planned to receive a conclusion on the compliance of the reconstructed facility in the second quarter of 2023— noted in the press service of the company.

The press service of the company also added that in 2023 the territory of the State Museum of Heroic Defense and Liberation of Sevastopol will be partially landscaped on the Historical Boulevard — sidewalks, paths, benches, outdoor lighting and more will be installed.

Work on the reconstruction and construction of objects of the Memorial Complex of Monuments of the Defense of the City of 1854-1855 «Historical Boulevard» started in November 2021. According to its functional purpose, the object is an exposition and museum exhibition complex
and performs the functions of an educational, cultural, leisure and tourist center.
