Registration for courses at the School of Guides is open in Crimea

Enrollment for professional retraining courses “School of Guides” has started. This was announced by the Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers — Minister of Finance of the Republic of Crimea Irina Kiviko.
Students will study the history, culture and gastronomy of Crimea, master the skills of effectively conducting tours and interacting with a group, and learn how to organize excursions taking into account the needs of different age and social groups. Graduates will receive state diplomas– said Irina Kiviko.
Training will begin in March in Simferopol and will last 3 months in full-time and part-time format. Self-employed and individuals of the Republic of Crimea who have not previously undergone training at the School of Guides are invited to participate.
Participation in the courses is free under the national project “Small and Medium Enterprises,” which was initiated by the President of Russia and supervised by First Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Belousov.

“School of Guides” is an educational project of the “My Business” Center of the Republic of Crimea. In 2023, 60 people were trained, in 2022 — 130 people. Among the results of the project is the creation of the Crimean Bureau of Excursions and Travel and the Interregional Association for the Development of Agro-Industrial Tourism. In addition, in 2023, the School of Guides was awarded the federal “My Business” award in the “Involvement in Entrepreneurship” category.
