The regional Rosreestr receives a large number of requests regarding the submission of applications to the MFC of Crimea and Sevastopol for registration of real estate located in the territories of new constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

We remind applicants that today the extraterritorial principle of submitting documents for registration of real estate of new constituent entities of the Russian Federation does not apply. You can register ownership of real estate directly on the territory of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, as well as in the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions,” noted the department’s press service.

In order to register real estate, for example, in the city of Genichesk, documents must be submitted in the city of Genichesk. This mechanism is temporary.

Other regions can still use the government services of Rosreestr on an extraterritorial basis.

On the territory of Sevastopol 14 offices have been allocated to receive applications for registration of real estate in an extraterritorial manner:
