Remote consultations of the Pension Fund can be obtained by calling 8-800-600-00-00

At the PFR Branch in Sevastopol: Russian families can address questions about the registration of a new monthly payment — benefits for low-income families for children aged 8 to 17 years old — at any time consultants of the Unified Contact Center (UCC).

From May 1, operators of the Unified Contact Center for Interaction with Citizens are answering questions about the new payment for children aged 8 to 17 years. The ECC operates in /7 mode, that is, every day and around the clock , the press service of the department reported.

Recall that the Unified Contact Center was launched as part of the Social Treasury project. By free phone for all regions 8-800-600-0000 (as well as in the online chat of the ECC on the main page of the PFR website) any citizen can receive information on all issues related to with social support measures.

Please note that the monthly allowance for children from 8 to 17 years is calculated for Russian families with low income. Payments are assigned based on the results of a comprehensive need assessment: to families where the average per capita income is less than the subsistence level per person, parents have earnings or objective reasons for its absence, and the family’s property meets the established requirements.
