Repair of the road to the educational center «Bay Cossack» in Sevastopol will be completed by the beginning of the school year

Within the framework of the national project «Safe High-Quality Roads», the repair of Ligovskaya Street with a length of more than 500 meters is being completed. The road leads to the educational center «Kazachya Bay». The contractor has already completed the milling of the old pavement, equipped the curbs, laid two layers of asphalt concrete pavement. The final stage is the application of horizontal markings and putting things in order.

Works to restore artificial irregularities that existed before the road repair will be carried out by Sevastopol Avtodor upon completion of the repair work. Everything is planned to be completed before the start of the school year so that children can feel safe when crossing the road , — the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the head of the department for the organization and traffic safety of the directorate for the development of road transport infrastructure Yaroslav Stanilov.

Active work within the framework of the national project also continues on Seinerskaya Street, Stavkovy and Priboyny lanes — here the road workers have begun milling the old pavement. A leveling layer of asphalt is already being laid on Kamyshova Street. It is also planned to replace the curbs, hatches and floor slabs of the manholes, eliminate subsidence, install two layers of asphalt concrete pavement, and lay out roadsides. It is planned to complete repairs at four sites by the end of July.

Recall that in just 2022 year, within the framework of the national project «Safe High-Quality Roads», an object with a total length of more than 66 km.
