Republican campaign #Donor91 completed in Crimea
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The republican campaign #Donor91 has ended in the Republic of Crimea — this is a volunteer project aimed at popularizing the donor movement on the peninsula. The project, aimed at young people from 18 to 35 years old and people under the age of 60, successfully attracted the attention of residents of Crimea.
During the implementation of the action, trips were taken to secondary vocational and higher educational institutions throughout the republic, including the cities of Alushta, Armyansk, Bakhchisarai, Belogorsk, Dzhankoy, Yevpatoria, Kerch, Krasnoperekopsk, Saki, Simferopol, Sudak, Feodosia, and Yalta. During the events, meetings were held with potential donors and doctors, stimulating interest in voluntary donation. The Republican action #Donor91 has acquired special significance in the context of our region, which is under the influence of seasonal diseases and during a special military operation. In times like these, donor support becomes critical to providing health care to those at risk.
Thanks to the students participating in this action, our Crimean society demonstrated that help is always needed, especially in difficult times. This is not just an action, it is a manifestation of humanity and concern for the fate of our neighbors and compatriots. Thank you to every donor whose generous support makes our society stronger and more resilient in the face of challenges and crises– notes the head of the Crimean regional branch of the “Russian Student Teams” Vladimir Kaidansky.
An important achievement of the campaign was the attraction of more than 160 potential and regular donors from all over Crimea to donate blood and its components. This collective step by the residents of the republic is aimed at supporting those who need vital medical procedures.
Participating in the #Donor91 campaign is not only a matter of honor, but also an opportunity to really help those who face difficulties. Every drop of blood we donate can be a ray of hope for those struggling with disease. I am proud to be able to contribute to maintaining life in our region, – says the commander of the student service detachment “Nova” Evgenia Borovitskaya.
