Resident of the village Lenino was sentenced to 30 days of administrative arrest for his unwillingness to pay child support to his sons

Citizen S. is a resident of the town. Lenino — did not pay child support for the maintenance of three minor sons and accumulated a debt to them totaling 235 thousand rubles.
In addition, citizen S. was deprived of parental rights, but this also did not affect her. Subsequently, the debtor became the object of attention of employees of the bailiff department for the Leninsky district of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, where enforcement proceedings were initiated against her, subsequently combined into consolidated enforcement proceedings. However, as in previous cases, citizen S. remained “deaf,” but to the legal demands of the enforcement officers. Previously, the bailiff of the branch applied enforcement measures to the debtor: he imposed penalties on her funds held in accounts in banking institutions, and also temporarily restricted his right to travel outside Russia and repeatedly brought citizen S. to administrative liability under Art. 5.35.1 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. Subsequently, according to the court decision, she was sentenced to 100 hours of compulsory labor. The debtor has not served her sentence,” the department’s press service reported.
As a result, taking into account the behavior of citizen S., the bailiff of the bailiff department for the Leninsky district of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol again brought the debtor to administrative responsibility under Art. 5.35.1 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. The case materials were transferred to the district court and subsequently citizen S. was sentenced to administrative arrest for a period of 30 days.
