For untimely execution of the court decision, the bailiff of the department issued a ruling against the man to collect an enforcement fee in the amount of 4.5 thousand rubles. The citizen’s bank accounts were also seized, and he himself was temporarily restricted in the right to travel outside of Russia. After a short time, a resident of the village. Pervomaiskoe, who is a long-distance sailor by profession, needed to go on a foreign voyage, but he was unable to do so. Wanting to circumvent the restrictions that had arisen as quickly as possible, the man decided to pay the transport tax debt by transferring the required amount, taking into account the enforcement fee, in full to the department’s deposit account. Enforcement proceedings ended with actual execution,” noted the department’s press service.
