Residents from 50 Russian regions recover their health in Crimean sanatoriums using discounted vouchers
CrimeaPRESS reports:
In Crimea, preferential categories of citizens from 54 regions of Russia from the Zaporozhye region to Chukotka, including family and children’s programs, are provided with health benefits year-round. These are the “Mother and Child” programs, pensioners, war invalids, participants of the Great Patriotic War, combat veterans, persons awarded the badges “Resident of besieged Leningrad”, “Resident of liberated Sevastopol”, disabled people of groups I, II, III, disabled children, persons exposed to radiation, etc. In 2024, sanatoriums will accommodate about 110 thousand eligible citizens of the Russian Federation.
Such vouchers are issued by regional pension and social insurance funds, departments of labor and social protection. Crimeans can also receive vouchers through such funds. To do this, you must first consult with your therapist at the clinic and clarify the details. About 25 Crimean sanatoriums work year-round with branches of the pension and social insurance funds of the Russian Federation.
Including the “Dream” sanatorium in the city of Evpatoria, the state unitary enterprise “Solnechnaya Tavrika”, subordinate to the Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea. Here, under the direction of the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of Moscow, since the beginning of the year, 2,730 people have been healed, including 2,250 people under the “Mother and Child” program. By the end of the year, it is expected that another 1,000 people will receive the full range of wellness services.
Residents of Moscow and the Moscow region are currently staying in the “Dream” sanatorium in the city of Evpatoria. The sanatorium provides services for the treatment of diseases of the musculoskeletal system, nervous system and circulatory system. In addition, guests of the sanatorium are involved in cultural activities — sporting events and concerts are held for them. Children are especially welcome — there is an extensive daily animation program for them.
According to the Minister of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea Sergei Ganziy, the Ministry of Resorts of Crimea is constantly working to ensure that the number of vouchers for preferential categories of citizens increases.
Thus, in October 2024, we conducted an information tour for representatives of 15 large state corporations in Moscow, St. Petersburg, the Republic of Tatarstan, and Penza so that they could see Crimea, accommodation facilities and select appropriate treatment profiles for their employees. This is the treatment of diseases of the upper respiratory tract, musculoskeletal system, skin diseases — the negative consequences of the so-called “harmful” industries. We remain in contact with these businesses and will facilitate contractual arrangements with our resorts. For Crimea, such social programs are not only a way to provide year-round workload, especially in the autumn-winter period, when such treatment is precisely indicated, but most importantly, they benefit our citizens, because everyone knows that the healing climate and healing resources of Crimea are unique and truly help restore strength and healthsaid the minister.
Information: State Unitary Enterprise «Solnechnaya Tavrika» is an enterprise subordinate to the Ministry of Resorts and Tourism, created to provide sanatorium, resort, hotel, sports and recreation services, services for organizing children’s recreation and family vacations.
