Residents of Crimea appreciate the difficulties of finding a job

In a service survey SuperJob Representatives of the economically active population from Crimea took part.
The situation with the shortage of personnel will be with us for a long time: the average resident of Crimea rated the difficulties of employment as 6.3 points out of 10.
Judging by the average scores, it is easiest to look for a job between the ages of 30 and 32 inclusive (average score — 4.7 points), the most difficult is after 60 years (7.8 points). However, there are gender differences. Thus, men, according to their personal assessments, encounter the least difficulties at the age of 27-29 years (4.1 points), and women — at 33-35 years (4.6 points). The highest average score is for men over 60 years old (7.8 points), for women — at 54-56 years old (7.7 points).
