Residents of Crimea called the most unpleasant issues in interviews

Krympress reports:

Questions about the reasons for leaving the previous place of work are most annoyed by applicants at interviews. Search service Superjob I found out what issues of employers are nervous most of all. The open survey was attended by economically active residents of Crimea with experience in employment.

Only 1 out of 5 applicants with understanding refers to any interviewer issues. 6 out of 10 admitted that some questions of the recruiter frankly irritate them.

The most unpleasant question, according to the respondents, is about the reasons for dismissal from the previous place of work (15%). The phrase “who you see yourself in the future” does not like 11%. 10% of citizens are nervous about marital status, 7% — about the desired salary.

4% of respondents said that they are not enthusiastic when the employer asks for the planning of children, potential utility for the company, about the experience and the reasons for the response to this vacancy. Questions about the age of the applicant and the request to tell about himself are nervous at 3% who answered.

Men more often do not like the question of salary expectations: “I came on an ad, where the salary is already indicated!”; «In my resume, the desired wage is indicated (not so high).» Women do not like questions about the reasons for changing work and planning children.
