When choosing an employer, men are more often focused on decent wages, the adequacy of the immediate supervisor and the availability of interesting tasks. Women are more important than the stability of the company, career prospects, a comfortable atmosphere at work, a convenient location and lack of interference for their personal life.
Citizens under 34 years old, when choosing work, more often pay attention to the adequacy of the leadership and opportunities for career growth. For those who are older, more important is a high level of wage, stability and a comfortable psychological situation at the workplace.
The higher the income of the inhabitants of Crimea, the more important the factor of high wages, as well as the effectiveness of processes in the company, become more important for them.
