Residents of Crimea told who they consider the ideal leader

In a survey of the Search for highly paid work Superjob Representatives of the economically active population from the Crimea, having experience working as a subordinate, took part.
When asked about the gender belonging of the best boss in their lives, 63% of the inhabitants of Crimea called such a man. For a 17% ideal leader was a woman. It is noteworthy that residents of Crimea are more often admired by female bosses than men (35 and 10%, respectively). Every fifth has no clear opinion on this issue: “Where attentiveness for details is appreciated, a female leader is good, and men are strong in operational decisions”; “The floor does not matter — the main thing, professionalism”; «The keyword is adequacy.»
An ideal leader for young specialists under 24 years old — a professional who has barely exchanged 40 years. In subordinates 25-35 years, working relations with 43-year-old managers are best developed. In 35–45 years, contact with managers aged 45–46 years is better. At 45-50 years old, it works more efficiently with managers-carriers. After 50 years — with leaders slightly younger in age.
