The government of Sevastopol approved the procedure for acquiring property and social payments for the purchase of residential premises for residents of the city of Kherson and part of the Kherson region, who were forced to urgently leave their homes.

The procedure is as follows:
- residents of Kherson and part of the Kherson region must contact the MFC or the Fund for the Development of Housing Construction and Mortgage Lending, submit an application and a package documents.
Citizens can apply for two social payments at once or only one. Payments are made once.
The list of documents, along with an application for receiving a payment for the acquisition of property, includes: identity documents, documents confirming residence in the indicated territories (if the identity documents contain a registration mark, no other documents are required), documents confirming civil condition, in order to confirm family ties and determine the composition of the family. In the absence of documents confirming the place of registration, the citizen gives a simple written explanation, information about the details of the account opened with the bank.
Documents are checked from 5 to days, an increase in the verification period is required for sending interdepartmental requests.
The total payment period is from 17 to 25 business days. Social payment is provided in the form of a state housing certificate.
Documents drawn up in Ukrainian are submitted with a translation into Russian, drawn up in a simple written form.
The amount of social payment for the purchase of housing under a housing certificate is determined based on the standard cost of 1 sq. m in the Russian Federation, as well as the standard for ensuring the total area of u200bu200bresidential premises: 33 sq. m per person, 42 sq. m for a family of two and 15 sq. m per person — for families of three or more people.
