Residents of new regions of the Russian Federation who are in Sevastopol will take part in the competition «Revival Leaders»

«Revival Leaders» is a common name for personnel competitions that started in the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions. Their goal is to identify and support promising leaders for the restoration of these regions. High interest in the competition is noted by the heads of all new subjects of the Russian Federation.

Contest “Revival Leaders. Donetsk People’s Republic» is gaining momentum. Many people, both in the republic and those who temporarily left it, want to take part in the restoration of peaceful life. They regard participation in the competition as a unique chance to find their place in the future of Donbass. I urge those who have not yet applied for participation to do so , — said Denis Pushilin, acting head of the DPR.

Elena Koba has already submitted an application on the site leaders of revival.rf. Now she is in Sevastopol, but previously lived in the Donetsk People’s Republic and worked there as an assistant judge.

For eight years we lived in Donetsk. I have two children who live with me. And in February it was no longer possible to tolerate Ukrainian Nazism. Strong attacks. We left to protect children from these explosions, to change our lives a little bit. There was a grandmother, mother, relatives, aunt, uncle — almost the whole family , — said Elena Koba.

She decided to take part in the competition because she considers it an opportunity to change the life of new Russian regions.

First of all, I would like to change the attitude towards people. So that the law is equal for everyone, regardless of segments of the population and regardless of their status. Social projects should develop, life should improve. Corruption and nepotism must be eradicated at the root. I believe that the leadership of the new regions should consist of people with tremendous life experience. Only in this case, together with young specialists, they can complement each other , — added Elena Koba.

Both citizens living in the new regions of the Russian Federation and those who are now in other regions of Russia can participate in the competitions. It is important to confirm the connection with the territory of the competition: this can be citizenship, birth in one of the regions, residence for at least one year, or the presence of relatives there at the moment. Also among the conditions are the absence of a criminal record in the jurisdiction of the Russian Federation and in the territory of the competition, age of at least 20 years and management experience of at least a year.

Participants apply for registration. The activity of people is high, as in the referendum on the region’s entry into Russia. And this is not an accident, these are connected processes: people want to build a peaceful future for the Zaporozhye region, and they want to do it together with Russia. The competition will allow not only to fully realize the human potential of Zaporozhye, but also to successfully integrate our young personnel into the Russian system of public administration , — considers the Acting Governor of the Zaporozhye Region Yevgeny Balitsky.

The winners of the competitions will receive one million rubles each for training in Russia and will be included in the personnel reserves of the regions. Based on the results of the training, they will be able to take leadership positions in public authorities and local governments, at enterprises, in non-profit organizations and foundations.

Registration of participants on the site leaders of the revival.rf will last: for residents of the DPR — until 17 October, LPR — until November 7, Zaporozhye region — until 14 November, Kherson region — until November.
