Residents of Radiogorka waited — a new pier was delivered to the Mikhailovskaya Battery
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The boats will be leaving soon…
A pier was delivered to the Mikhailovskaya Battery today. According to the governor of Sevastopol, the Russian Ministry of Defense and the Black Sea Fleet helped the city in this matter. What does it mean? That the installation of a new ferry will begin soon, and accordingly, boat traffic with Artillery Bay will resume.
I know that all the residents of Radiogorka are really looking forward to the boats starting running again. Preparing for transportation of the berth took time — it was necessary to carry out documentary procedures and undergo approvals with the military under conditions of the yellow level of terrorist threat. Due to the fact that Sevastopol is now, in fact, a front-line region, not all work could take place as quickly as we would all like. Nevertheless, all these processes have been completed, and now specialists are starting to install the berth— reported Razvozhaev.
According to him, boat service between the Mikhailovskaya Battery and Artillery Bay will begin… this week. Now, after installing the pier, a number of issues remain to be resolved — in particular, landscaping the area and preparing it for passenger traffic.
But what about Radiogorka itself? Still, a boat from the Mikhailovskaya battery is not a 100% solution to the problem. The mayor replied:
The contract for the design of the reconstruction of the pier at Radiogorka has already been concluded, construction and installation work is planned for 2025.
