Residents of Sevastopol are actively concluding social contracts

Sevastopol residents actively participate in the conclusion of social contracts. The city has been implementing a social contract since 2021. Assistance is provided in four areas: job search, running a personal subsidiary farm, assistance in overcoming difficult life circumstances and starting your own business.

Low-income single citizens and low-income families can enter into a social contract. That is, those whose average per capita income, for reasons beyond their control, is below the subsistence minimum per capita in the region. Today, this amount is 15,762 rubles. A social contract helped Snezhana Zgerskaya realize her dream and open her own business. Having received assistance in the form of 315 thousand rubles, the self-employed woman purchased the necessary equipment and opened a makeup studio.

I always wanted my business to develop. But I understood that for this I needed my own space with new materials for work. For this, I contacted the social service, where I prepared a business plan and got approval. Before receiving state social assistance on the basis of a social contract, I rented a work place by the hour, – notes Snezhana Zgerskaya.
