Today, it is possible to undergo vocational training and receive additional vocational education in Sevastopol under two programs:
- the federal project «Employment Promotion» of the national project «Demography»,
- regional program «Social protection, labor protection and promotion of employment of the population».
To date, within the framework of the federal project, 78 residents of the city, 101 the person has already received new competencies, it is planned to train more 324 before the end of the year.
As for directions, the portal «Work in Russia» currently has more than 78 educational programs for vocational training. This, for example, is an IT specialist, data analyst, cook, public procurement specialist, tour guide, hairdresser, car repairman, accounting and many others. The list of educational programs is constantly growing , — the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the director of the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Elena Sulyagina.
Unemployed citizens, women on leave to care for a child under the age of three, unemployed citizens who have been assigned an old-age insurance pension, as well as young people under the age of 35 years.
In the course of the implementation of the social contract, people will be trained. These people have entered into agreements with educational institutions. New knowledge will help them to implement their projects even more successfully, — notes the head of the department.

The participants of the regional program this year were 196 unemployed. Among the areas they have chosen for training are the basics of entrepreneurial activity, sales management, modern personnel records management, a boiler room operator, and others.
