Among those who receive help, the majority are women — 64%. Most often, young people under 30, employees who lost their jobs due to the liquidation of organizations, as well as those who returned to work after a long break used the service.

The center’s specialists conducted more than 40 trainings and seminars, helping applicants cope with stress, increase confidence and adapt to changes in the labor market.

In addition, last year, as part of a comprehensive modernization of the employment service in the center, the psychologist’s office opened, where individual consultations and group meetings are held.

The specialists of the personnel center help applicants to reduce anxiety before the interview, learn how to positively perceive difficulties in finding work and cope with emotional burnout,-quoted the press service of the Government of Sevastopol as the director of the personnel center «Work of Russia» Svetlana Rendak.
