As part of the All-Russian campaign “Learn about your rights. Find out about your debts” Sevastopol bailiffs held information events.
The purpose of the action is to increase the level of legal and financial literacy of citizens, to clarify the rules of information security. During the action, bailiffs told citizens about the issues of monthly saving money in the amount of the subsistence minimum during the enforcement of court decisions and acts of authorized bodies. On the right to apply to the court with a statement of claim for a deferment or installment plan for the execution of executive documents for citizens who find themselves in a difficult life situation. And also about the possibilities of obtaining reliable information about enforcement proceedings by using official sources , — reported the press service of the UFSSP of Russia in Sevastopol.
All-Russian information campaign “Learn about your rights. Find out about your debts”, was organized for visitors to the multifunctional centers of Sevastopol, the employment center, as well as for students and employees of the Sevastopol State University “SevGU”.
Employees of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia in Sevastopol urged citizens to check themselves for debts, talked about ways to find out about debts and pay them using the electronic service «Data Bank of Enforcement Proceedings» and the mobile application «FSSP», warned about the legal consequences of non-payment of debts, and also advised on issues within the competence of the department.
