Residents of Yalta are urged to remove signs advertising the sale of narcotic drugs

Employees of management companies and activists of organizations are taking measures to eliminate signs advertising the sale of narcotic drugs, but they appear again or went unnoticed somewhere.
You can help fight this killer vandalism. To do this, you just need to show your civic position. If you see such an inscription, remove it yourself or contact the management company. Owners and tenants of buildings, pavilions and kiosks must independently monitor the condition of their facilities and, if inscriptions, advertisements or drawings appear that contain signs of “advertising” for drugs, promptly remove them. If you become aware of facts of crimes related to the storage, production and sale of narcotic drugs, the involvement of minors in drug trafficking and their use, call the duty station of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the city of Yalta: 22–28-22 or “102”,” noted the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Crimea.

We remind you of the responsibility provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation for applying inscriptions and drawings on the walls of buildings and structures.
Painting various kinds of inscriptions and drawings on the walls of houses is a manifestation of hooliganism and vandalism. Any writing on the wall is illegal unless permission has been obtained from the owner.
Administrative responsibility (upon reaching the age of 16 years)
According to Article 7.17 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses — destruction or damage to someone else’s property, if these actions do not result in significant damage, they will be subject to an administrative fine in the amount of three hundred to five hundred rubles.
In accordance with Part 1 of Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation — petty hooliganism, that is, a violation of public order that expresses clear disrespect for society, accompanied by the destruction or damage of someone else’s property, entails the imposition of an administrative fine in the amount of five hundred to one thousand rubles or administrative arrest for up to fifteen days.
Criminal liability (upon reaching the age of 14)
According to Part 1 Art. 214 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation — vandalismthat is, desecration of buildings or other structures, damage to property on public transport or in other public places, is punishable by a fine in the amount of up to forty thousand rubles or in the amount of the wages or other income of the convicted person for a period of up to three months, or by compulsory labor for a period of up to three hundred sixty hours, or correctional labor for up to one year, or arrest for up to three months.
It should also be noted that for minors who have committed the above crimes or administrative offenses, but have not reached the age of 14 or 16 years, respectively, by virtue of Part 1 of Article 1073 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, for harm caused to minors who have not reached the age of criminal prosecution or administrative responsibility, his parents (adoptive parents) or guardians are responsible, who will also bear administrative responsibility in accordance with the provisions Part 1 Art. 5.35 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation — Failure to fulfill or improper fulfillment of educational dutiesentails a warning or a fine in the amount of one hundred to five hundred rubles” in the form of a warning or an administrative fine in the amount of one hundred to five hundred rubles.
