Residents of Yalta with limited mobility can use the “Social Taxi” service

The State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Crimea “Center for Social Services for Elderly Citizens and Disabled People of the City of Yalta” provides an additional social service “Social Taxi”, which is provided by specialized vehicles of the institution for disabled people and other people with limited mobility living in the territory of the municipality of the Yalta city district. The social taxi service is provided in accordance with the Regulations on the provision of additional social service “Social taxi” to disabled people and other residents of the Republic of Crimea with limited mobility, approved by order of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Crimea dated September 22, 2017 No. 536.
In accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Crimea dated 07/06/2018 No. 370 The tariff for the transport service “Social Taxi” per 1 km is 13 rubles. One trip is considered to be the passage of a motor vehicle (route) and the time of forced downtime (waiting for a citizen). Travel for one person accompanying a citizen is free. The standard waiting time for the driver to wait for the service consumer before the start of the trip is no more than 20 minutes, during the trip no more than 60 minutes. Waiting time over 20 minutes or 60 minutes, respectively, is paid by the service consumer based on the cost of one kilometer: for 10 minutes of waiting — 13 rubles.
For free service provided only to veterans of the Great Patriotic War once a month.
Disabled and low-mobility citizens have the right to receive services:
— disabled people of groups 1 and 2 with a pronounced degree of limitation in the ability to move independently;
— disabled children with an accompanying person;
— elderly people with limited physical capabilities;
— veterans of the Great Patriotic War.
The service is provided to citizens when traveling to the following socially significant infrastructure facilities of the Republic of Crimea:
— healthcare institutions;
— institutions of medical and social examination services;
— social protection institutions;
— prosthetic and orthopedic enterprises and centers;
— divisions of the Social Fund of the Russian Federation;
— justice institutions;
— notary offices;
— airports, railway stations, bus stations if you have a voucher for sanatorium-resort treatment;
— rental point for technical rehabilitation equipment;
— rehabilitation centers for disabled people of the Republic of Crimea;
— sanatoriums and dispensaries with a voucher;
— educational organizations (for disabled children).
Disabled and low-mobility citizens traveling to healthcare institutions have priority rights to receive services..
The service is provided to customers upon preliminary applications submitted to the Center no less than one day and no more than two days before the deadline for completing the application.
In case of refusal of the application, the customer is obliged to notify the Center at least 1 hour before the appointed time.
The service is provided from Monday to Friday (on weekdays) from 09:00 to 18:00.
Services are not provided and applications are not accepted on weekends and holidays. There is no ascent or descent from floors.
The service is not provided:
— citizens with mental disorders;
— quarantine infectious patients;
— citizens with an active form of tuberculosis;
— citizens who are in a state of alcoholic (toxic, narcotic) intoxication;
— in case of discrepancies in customer data identified during the inspection;
— in case of expiration of the medical and social examination conclusion on the applicant’s disability at the time of provision of the transport service;
— in case of refusal of the customer to provide the necessary information for the provision of the service.
