Resource supply organizations of Crimea will acquire working “hot lines” — Aksyonov ordered

The head of the Republic of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, criticized the work of telephone hotlines of resource supply organizations and ordered to establish their uninterrupted operation as soon as possible.

I would like to apologize to the residents of Simferopol and the Simferopol region for the fact that the telephone hotline did not work during the wire breaks. An internal investigation was carried out for a week. All hotlines must be rebuilt, there must be feedback. Krymenergo has no feedback; calls are received unilaterally. Even when eliminating an accident, people do not understand whether the application has been accepted, whether the team will arrive, or when to expect it. Sergei Aksyonov instructed to completely restructure the work of the dispatch services of Krymenergo and other resource supply organizations within two weeks.

The rules should be as follows: after the call, within half an hour, a maximum of an hour, the person should understand when the teams should be sent to him. During the November storm, people were unable to leave their homes because they did not know when the crew would arrive. There must be precision here. This applies to all departments— said the Head of the Republic.

At the same time, Sergei Aksyonov focused on the fact that in six months the number of technological connections per week increased from 250 to 500.

However, the number of new applications per week is about 500, so we are balancing at zero. It is necessary to eliminate this situation urgently. It is necessary to increase the number of technical connections to 1 thousand per week, including through private contractors. So that we can liquidate both the backlog and the current debt according to the plan by Octobersaid the Head of the Republic.

As the General Director of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea «Krymenergo» Vyacheslav Gaiduk informed, more than 10 contractors have also been involved in the work to eliminate the debt on technical connections. The process of installing new transformer substations continues, the plan is being fulfilled — 107 new transformer substations have been installed.
