Restrictions on the stay of citizens and entry of vehicles in Crimean forests have been extended

From August 8 to August 28 of this year, restrictions on the presence of citizens in forests, entry of vehicles into them, and the performance of certain types of work in forests in order to ensure fire safety have been extended
To prevent the threat of emergency situations and ensure fire safety in the territory of the Republic of Crimea, by order of the Ministry of Ecology of Crimeafrom 08.08.2024 to 28.08.2024, the restriction on the presence of citizens in forests, the entry of vehicles into them, and the performance of certain types of work in forests in order to ensure fire safety has been extended.
According to the order, it is prohibited to make fires, carry out fire-hazardous work, work using open fire in forests and natural ecosystems, in adjacent territories, including burning logging residues and garbage, dry grass and household waste, agricultural burning and gas welding.
Visits to forests are restricted with the exception of recreation areas for citizens specified in Appendix No. 2 of the above-mentioned order.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Crimea reminds that From April 17, 2024, a special fire safety regime was introduced on the peninsula.
