RNCB has issued over 1 billion rubles of preferential loans for businesses since the beginning of the year under the 1764 Program

Since the beginning of 2023, RNCB has provided borrowers with more than 1 billion rubles as part of the program of concessional lending to small and medium-sized businesses, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1764. More than 70% of such loans were issued to entrepreneurs operating in the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol. In accordance with the terms of the program, business representatives can take loans for business development at a rate not exceeding 11% per annum, as well as loans for investment purposes, working capital replenishment and debt refinancing at a rate of up to 10.25% per annum.
A working loan under this program can be taken in the amount of up to 500 million rubles for a period of up to 3 years, an investment loan — up to 2 billion rubles for a period of up to 10 years, a loan for the development of entrepreneurial activity — up to 10 million rubles for up to 3 years.
