RNKB clients arranged the delivery of products in the application for 4 million rubles in 2 months

CrimeaPRESS reports:

RNKB Bank, which is part of VTB Group, publishes statistical data: in the first two months since the launch of the pilot project for ordering and paying for food delivery, Crimeans made online purchases using the RNKB mobile application for 4 million rubles. The average check in June amounted to 2.2 thousand rubles. To date, delivery is carried out only in the city of Simferopol, in the future the geography of the project will expand.

As a reminder, delivery and payment for groceries and manufactured goods can be arranged in the «Other» section of the mobile application — the user selects the «Delivery products» option, then goes to the service, gets acquainted with the rules for placing an order, selects a store, indicates the delivery address in Simferopol, selects the necessary goods, date and time of delivery and pays for the order with a RNKB card. For orders over $1500, shipping is free. The customer can track the status of their delivery online.

The order is collected on the delivery date selected by the customer, and the assembler can call the customer and offer a replacement if the selected item is out of stock or the item is nearing its expiration date. The delivery service will reflect the final composition and cost of the order, and the actual amount charged will be reflected in the payment history in the mobile application.

In addition, users of the mobile application have the opportunity to purchase tickets for events (cinema, theaters, concerts, etc.) using the Cashier 24 function. To date, more than 300 thousand rubles worth of tickets have already been purchased through the RNKB application. In order to use all the features of the mobile application, you need to install updates regularly.
