RNKB financed the construction of facilities with an area of more than 2 million sq.m.

Since the start of work in accordance with Federal Law-214 in 2019, RNKB Bank, which is part of VTB Group, has provided project financing for the construction of residential and commercial facilities with a total area of more than 2 million square meters. During this time, the bank has approved and signed deals to finance 83 construction projects in the amount of about 107 billion rubles. At the same time, since the beginning of 2023, RNKB Bank has signed deals to finance construction projects with a total area of more than 191.1 thousand square meters in the amount of about 11.6 billion rubles. Currently, RNCB is considering another 18 projects with a total area of about 256.2 thousand square meters worth about 20 billion rubles.
Project financing of construction projects, which, among other things, involves the renovation of the housing stock in the main regions of the bank’s presence — the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, is one of the priority areas of our work, — says Sergey Biletsky, Vice President — Director of the Corporate Business Department of the RNCB. — RNKB has all the necessary resources and tools for fruitful work with developers.
According to the bank, starting from July 2019, in the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, with the participation of the RNKB, 482.4 thousand square meters of apartment buildings were successfully completed and put into operation under project financing using escrow accounts. By the end of 2023, it is planned to commission another 105,000 square meters of apartment buildings in the region, which are being built using project financing from the bank.
Recall that if a client of the RNKB purchases housing on a mortgage in the primary market, which is being built using the bank’s project financing, then the discount to its rate will be 1%.
