RNKB implemented the acceptance of electronic certificates to support citizens with disabilities

RNKB Bank, a member of the VTB Group, ensured the implementation of social support measures using electronic certificates for enterprises and organizations that participate in the program for providing preferential means of technical rehabilitation. The project of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation for citizens with disabilities is being implemented in accordance with Federal Law 491 “On the acquisition of certain types of goods, works, services using an electronic certificate”.

An electronic certificate is a new payment instrument that allows you to receive state support for technical rehabilitation equipment. For a citizen, an electronic certificate works like a bank card and allows you to instantly pay for the selected product at the expense of the budget system of the Russian Federation, if it meets the requirements of the medical and social examination. To obtain such a certificate, you must submit an application in your personal account on the State Services portal and have a valid card of the Mir payment system of any Russian bank.

One of the first payments in Crimea using an electronic certificate and a payment terminal of the RNCB was carried out at the Crimean Center for Prosthetics and Rehabilitation LLC.

Support for government initiatives designed to make the life of Russian citizens more comfortable is one of the priorities of our work, — says Nikolai Bilan, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the RNCB. — Thanks to the use of an electronic certificate, the necessary purchases can be made easier and more convenient.

RNKB Bank (PJSC) provides services to more than 2.2 million active individuals and more than 113 thousand enterprises.
