Road accident in Sevastopol: a trolleybus collided with an ambulance. Four victims

The police are conducting an investigation into an accident in Sevastopol involving an ambulance, a trolleybus and a foreign car. The accident occurred this afternoon, at 14:40, in the area of house No. 1-A on Oleg Koshevoy Street.
A 33-year-old trolleybus driver at a controlled intersection did not give priority to an ambulance moving with flashing lights and a special sound signal under the control of a 25-year-old driver. As a result of the collision, the trolleybus changed direction to the left, where it collided with a KIA car driving from the opposite direction, driven by a 32-year-old driver. After the collision, the trolleybus and the foreign car drove off the roadway. Four people from the ambulance crew were injured in a road accident. All victims were promptly transported to a medical facility— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Sevastopol.
Employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate and an investigative team worked at the scene of the accident. An investigation into the accident is underway regarding the victims.
