According to the State Traffic Inspectorate, the day before (at 13:15) in Sevastopol, on Vakulenchuk Street, an accident involving a pedestrian occurred.
A 24-year-old driver of an Audi car, near house No. 14 on Vakulenchuka Street, hit a 33-year-old pedestrian who was crossing the road at an unregulated pedestrian crossing, from right to left in the direction of the car. As a result of a traffic accident, a pedestrian was injured and was taken to a city hospital— reported the city Department of Internal Affairs.
During the check, no signs of intoxication were found in the driver of the foreign car. Employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate are conducting an investigation into the accident with the victim.
