Road accident in Sudak. A teenage girl was hit by a car

The police are conducting an investigation into an accident in Sudak involving a minor pedestrian.
On January 13, at 13:30, on the Grushevka-Sudak highway, a driver, born in 1960, driving a Deo Nexia vehicle, hit a 15-year-old pedestrian who was crossing the roadway at an unregulated pedestrian crossing. As a result of a traffic accident, the girl was injured and received one-time medical assistance.— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.
In relation to the driver, police officers compiled administrative material under Article 12.18 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Failure to provide priority in traffic to pedestrians or other road users.” The man will have to pay a fine.
The State Traffic Inspectorate calls on all road users to strictly adhere to traffic rules, to be careful on the roads and reminds them not to rush, because the road does not forgive mistakes.
