Employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Pervomaisky District are ascertaining the circumstances of the accident involving a passenger minibus. The accident occurred the night before (at 10 p.m.).
The driver of a Volkswagen Passat, driving from the village. Pervomaisky on a secondary road did not provide an advantage to a Mercedes Benz minibus moving on the main road, which was heading along the Simferopol — Armyansk route, colliding with it, as a result of which the driver of the minibus lost control and allowed the vehicle to overturn on its side. There were 15 passengers inside the vehicle. As a result of the traffic accident, 2 minors, born in 2018 and 2011, and a woman, born in 1987, were injured— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.
According to the prosecutor’s office, the minibus belongs to an individual entrepreneur who carries out irregular transportation of passengers. An inspection is underway.
During the organized supervisory activities, all the circumstances of the incident will be established, the actions of the carrier will be assessed, as well as the requirements of the legislation on road safety,” noted the Crimean prosecutor’s office.
