The police are conducting an investigation into an accident in Yalta involving a minor mopedist. As the traffic police clarified, the accident happened today, at 11:50 on Nizhne-Darsanovskaya Street.
A 51-year-old driver of a Mercedes-Benz, while turning left from the Yalta-Sevastopol highway, in violation of the requirements of road markings 1.3, collided with a Honda Dio moped, driven by a minor, born in 2007, who was moving from the side of the street . Nizhne-Darsanovskaya towards the Yalta — Sevastopol highway. As a result of the accident, a minor was injured and taken to a medical facility— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.
An investigation into the traffic accident is underway and the circumstances of the incident are being clarified.
