Road workers decided to roll half a billion rubles into asphalt on the Dubki-Levadki section
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The head of Crimea says: it will be too much.
The head of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, held a working meeting with the leadership of the Republican Ministry of Construction and Architecture and the State Institution Investstroy of the Republic of Crimea. The challenges facing the enterprise and work with contractors were discussed. One of the important topics is the construction of a bypass road for the city of Simferopol on the Dubki — Levadki section. According to the contractor, another 500 million rubles are required for the work, however, according to Sergei Aksyonov, this amount is unreasonably high, so the estimate needs to be recalculated and costs minimized.
The head of Crimea added that failure to meet deadlines and unreasonable increases in the cost of construction work are unacceptable.
Officials involved in preparing estimates must work to ensure that the final cost of the work is fair and objective. Responsible persons will defend projects with unreasonably inflated costs to me— emphasized the Head of the Republic.
Aksyonov said that he plans to visit the State Institution “Road Service of the Republic of Crimea” next week in order to, together with the management and responsible persons, similarly dismantle problematic road construction projects.
In addition, the Head of the Republic of Crimea focused on the need to carefully select a contractor for the construction or reconstruction of a particular facility, using the register of contractors that have already proven themselves in Crimea.
Applications will be filed with the prosecutor’s office against officials who recommended unscrupulous contractors,” noted the Head of Crimea.
He emphasized that the development of project documentation should be carried out as soon as possible and not be delayed for six months. At the same time, Sergei Aksyonov added that he is ready to personally help with finding solutions to problematic issues that may arise during the implementation of construction projects.
