The Dzhankoy inter-district prosecutor’s office, according to information posted on social networks, checked compliance with the legislation in the field of road safety. The conclusion is unequivocal: the road surface in the village of Zavet-Leninsky does not meet the regulatory requirements, has potholes and other defects.
In connection with the improper maintenance of roads, the prosecutor submitted a submission to the head of the state-owned institution «Road Service of the Republic of Crimea», which is under consideration— reported in the Crimean prosecutor’s office.
The actual elimination of violations is taken under control in the city prosecutor’s office.
