Rosatom opened a network of electrical charging stations in Crimea
Krympress reports:
Crimea has become the 13th region of the presence of the ESC of the Atomenergo. The company opened seven stations with a capacity of 150 kW each in Sevastopol. Now you can charge an electric car on the streets of the beach of Omega and Pozharov, the Fiolentovsky and Kamyshovo highway. “Fast” charging stations are located near the embankment and in the depths of the city, providing residents and guests of Sevastopol access to high -quality charging infrastructure. New stations support modern connectors suitable for most electric vehicles. In order to recharge them, it is enough to install the atomenergo mobile application, and to solve issues that the client can contact a round-the-clock corporate collection center. According to the general director of Atomenergo, Valery Markelov, the analysis of the data for the first days of the EV in Sevastopol showed that the residents of the city are interested in the further expansion of the EEZ network on the territory of the Crimean Peninsula.
The network of electrical -loading stations of Rosatom today has more than 160 «fast» EEZs located in 13 regions of the country. In the first quarter of 2025, the total number of electrical stations of Atomenergo LLC will increase to 255 units. By 2030, it is planned to create a network that will cover at least 25% of the electrical -loading infrastructure market in the Russian Federation. All electricity consumed at the Atomenergo ES is covered by the Pure Energy Rosatom certificate, this ensures that electric cars consume environmentally friendly nuclear power plants.
ESS is an electric loading station, an element of transport infrastructure that provides electricity for charging batteries, such as electric cars, electric buses, electric scooters, and so on. “Fast” charging stations use higher capacity (from 60 kW) for quick battery charging. Charging the car from it is carried out by direct current and can take about 30 minutes.
