CrimeaPRESS reports:

On May 23, a Roskomnadzor seminar was held in Simferopol on the topic “Advertising on the Internet: how to comply with the law and avoid fines.” The main speakers were:

  • Deputy Head of the Interregional Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol Veronika EVSEEVA;
  • Head of the Department of Control and Supervision in the Sphere of Mass Communications of the Office of Roskomnadzor for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol Anton FIRONOV.

Experts note that in the modern world the Internet is one of the main channels for promoting goods and services. However, when conducting advertising campaigns, it is necessary to comply with certain rules and requirements in order to avoid fines and claims from regulatory authorities.

During the event, they discussed ways to label advertising on the Internet, how it differs from other information, and requirements for the identifier of business publications.

The Office of Roskomnadzor for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol also reported that joint plans with the interregional Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol include holding a set of seminars on topics related to advertising on the pages of Internet resources.
