Rospotrebnadzor after the destruction of the Kaholvskaya hydroelectric power station strengthened the monitoring of water in the Black Sea, no deviations were recorded. This is reported by the TV channel «Millet»with reference to the head of the Interregional Department of Rospotrebnadzor Natalya Penkovskaya.
Upon receipt of information about an emergency in the Kherson region associated with damage to the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station and flooding of settlements along the coast of the Dnieper, the department strengthened the monitoring of sea water at the nearest points on the Black Sea coast. The number of points and the multiplicity of selection for safety indicators have been increased. To date, deviations in sea water samples in the territory of the Black Sea, Razdolnensky and Evpatoria have not been recorded.Penkovskaya said.
According to her, the specialists of the department continue the usual monitoring of sea water along the entire coast of the Black Sea. The situation on the territory of the republic does not differ from the average long-term indicators.
Now everything is being done to monitor the situation. Any change will be communicated to the government and the public. The safety of citizens is the main thing,” Penkovskaya added.
