Rospotrebnadzor launched a “hotline” about the safety of children’s and New Year’s products

Rospotrebnadzor has launched a hotline dedicated to issues of quality and safety of children’s products, as well as the choice of New Year’s gifts. This is reported in Telegram channel services.

During the period from December 4 to December 15, 2023, Rospotrebnadzor specialists will answer questions regarding the quality and safety of children’s clothing, shoes, toys, New Year’s goods, baby food, as well as current regulatory hygiene requirements for this category of goodsthe message says.

Thematic consultation of citizens will be carried out by telephone at the Unified Consultation Center of Rospotrebnadzor — 8 800 555 49 43telephone hotlines of the Rospotrebnadzor Directorates for the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, as well as at Consultation Centers (points) for consumers at the Centers for Hygiene and Epidemiology in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
