Rospotrebnadzor summed up the results of hotlines in Crimea for 2022

In 2022 year, the Territorial Department for the Southern Coast of Crimea of the Interregional Department of Rospotrebnadzor for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol called «hot lines» consulted more than 120 people. The number of applications received in 2022 year on the hotline of the Territorial Department for the Southern Coast of Crimea of Rospotrebnadzor for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol increased by ,2% compared to 2021 year.
Most often, Yalta residents asked questions:
- about the rules for the sale of goods, incl. remotely; return of goods of inadequate quality; conditions for the return and exchange of goods, the provision of services in the field of housing and communal services.
- on the purchase and sale of low-quality food products, violation by sellers of sanitary requirements for the conditions of their storage and sale;
- on the quality and safety of fruit and vegetable products (about the correct choice of products and their labeling, the equipment of retail outlets, where and when to purchase fruit and vegetable products).
- about influenza immunization (where to get vaccinated, contingents to be immunized, contraindications, etc.), questions regarding influenza vaccines;
- on the safety of children’s goods, school supplies;
- on the organization of nutrition for children in educational institutions;
- about children’s vacation (about the necessary medical documentation when sending a child to a summer health institution (LSI), a list of vaccinations, examinations, test results, certificates, etc.; about vaccination of children leaving for a SIU.
All those who applied were provided with consultations on issues of «hot lines» within the powers of Rospotrebnadzor.
